Clients pay me directly for all services. I accept major credit cards and debit cards. I do not accept any insurance or employee assistance programs. 

• Consultation (15-20 minutes): Free!

*This consultation is for you to get a better feel on having sessions together, and for me to get to know how I can best help you during your healing journey. You will get the chance to ask any general therapy or logistical questions. For more information, visit the FAQ section. 

• Initial intake session (50 minutes): $135

  *In this initial session, we will go over initial paperwork, confidentiality, online therapy procedures, assessments, and get to know how I can best help you. Initial intake session and standard therapy sessions are the same price.

• Standard therapy session (50 minutes): $135

• Extended therapy session (75 minutes): $185

  *These are slots saved for people that feel that 50 minutes is too short, or feel that more time is needed to continue processing trauma. I will be opening slots for EMDR therapy in August. EMDR sessions will have to be 75 minutes long.

*Sliding scale - Access to mental health care is important. I will be opening a few sliding scale slots in the future and opening online groups to assist client in affordable therapy. Priority will be taken for monolingual Spanish speaking people, QTBIPOC people, and low-income people.
